With over 400 lines to choose from, we help you select wines that suit your venue and style of food, whilst ensuring that your list is unique to you within your local area. Our extensive hospitality experience means we can understand all angles of your business.
Wine Portfolio
We have a portfolio of over 400 wines stocked in our warehouse and have access to thousands more, encompassing a wide range of entry level through to premium wines from all corners of the globe.
Wine list creation and design
Our wholesale team have decades of experience working with on trade clients to create original, profitable wine lists.
As well as the design and production of your list, we will provide advice on wine list formats, pricing strategies and your by the glass selections.
Wine List Training
The wine list is one of your most important sales tools; your staff’s enthusiasm is another. Building confidence and knowledge in your staff will increase sales and customer satisfaction.
We offer staff training to all our clients, guiding staff through the wine list, helping with pronunciation, covering wine service and tasting a few lovely things along the way!
Delivery
Our minimum order is just 12 bottles (which can be mixed). Orders can be placed via phone 01983 853 978 or email orders@wightwines.com before 10am from Monday to Saturday. This same day, six day service allows you to be in control of your stock holding, freeing up cash flow and keeping stock fresh.
